About Us

Metairie, LA, United States
Kerry is a network administrator, new dad, and creator of the blog. I (Kelly) am a pediatric nurse and new mom. We have been married for three years and live in New Orleans, LA--the greatest city in the world. Actually we just moved to Metairie, but still think NO is the greatest city in the world. Mostly, this blog is about our new daughter, Lillian Grace Godbold or as we call her, Lily. She is our angel.

Sunday afternoon with the cousins

I swear, she and Bradley could be twins.

Lily adores her big cousin Sarah

Sarah, Bradley, and Reno came over last weekend for a fun time in the yard. These are the first swingset pics that I have taken. Kerry built if all by himself. Lily is a lucky little lady.

Aquaruim Visit

That is Lily behind Stefani. She was scared to pet the sting ray.

She couldn't keep her hands out of this fish tank.

We took advantage of our zoo/aquarium membership and took Lily to see the fish. I think she enjoyed it. She is still a little young and did not trust the glass too much (she didn't want to try and touch the fish) but she enjoyed looking and pointing to them.

Happy Birthday Cami!

Lily's friend Cami turned 2 this past weekend and Lily and Kerry went to celebrate. Mommy got to have some girl time with GiGi and Aunt Stef at the FQ Fest. It was a Seseme Street theme and looked like a lot of fun. Daddy and Lily had a great time.

Botanical Gardens

I had fun looking at the Garden show, until the tantrum reared it's ugly head. She was ready for a nap so our tour was cut short. I did get some pretty pics of the flowers. Flowers are so much easier to take pictures of than a subject that is (always) on the move.

City Park playground

GiGi came in last weekend and we had a great time. I took a lot of shots at city park and in the Botanical Gardens so I am going to post several to make up for the long absence from the blog. What can I say, the camera loves my subject.

Our little girl is growing too fast

She is getting so big now. When she talks on Mommy's cell phone I can just see time speeding up to when she is a teenager (the cell phone bill speeding up, too). Can I just stop the clock now?

Happy Easter

Some Easter morning shots. She racked up with the baskets this year. Thanks Easter Bunny! She actually did not feel well this weekend and ran fevers almost the whole time. She was all better by Monday though. That is why there is not too many shots on Easter Sunday.
