Santa's arrival at Lakeside

This was the closest shot we got of Santa--with someone else's kid.

Well, this past Saturday we decided to go meet Santa at Lakeside Mall for his big arrival. There were so many kids! There was NO WAY we were going to wait in that line to see him up close. So we dressed her up for nothing, but it was fun. There is plenty of time to see Santa later. I am sure we will go back. I didn't get any pics of the display but it was so pretty. Can't wait for Christmas in the Oaks.

Lily at the park

Yesterday I went to Audubon park to take some pics before having lunch with Daddy. Lily was pretty cooperative for the most part. It was a nice day.

Halloween night in the French Quarter.

We did remember the camera when we went out to Frenchman street later that night. My dad stayed home with Lily so we could show my mom the sights. Here are sme crazy costume pics. We are not featured as we did not dress up this year. Maybe next year. THese people were so creative. Especially "the Hangover" guy. What a great idea!

Lily's constume

Lily was a black cat for Halloween. We took the costume pics at my mom's house a couple of weeks before. On Halloweeen night we used the video camera and did not get any photos of her in her costume. The t-shirt and jeans pics with the dog were in the afternoon of halloween. Not sure what Louie was, we just found this cape at PetSmart and thought he wore it well. The Pirate hat was for my mom's dog. Lily liked it too.

Pumpkin Fest

These were at Red Bluff Farms on the North Shore. Lily loved picking out a pumpkin and especially the petting zoo part.
